Beach Retreat is located in the heart of Destin! Established in 2003, Beach Retreat is a private gated community with 44 units on four floors. Elevators and staircases are located on both ends of the complex for your convenience. Parking is on site.
Beach Retreat #110 is a perfect home away from home for a vacation with your family and/or friends. It is a non-smoking, pet friendly unit that has been completely remodeled. Interior colors were inspired by the gorgeous blue water and sugar white sand of the beach. The walls depict the iridescence of the interior of seashells. This condo offers the highest quality of amenities; extras not usually found in a rental unit. The kitchen is equipped with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops. High definition LCD 52″ televisions are in the living room and master bedroom. These televisions include Bose stereo systems. There are LCD televisions in the two guest rooms. Phone/ipod adapters are located throughout the unit.
The private balcony beckons you to view your piece of paradise. Relax with your coffee as you watch the sun rise. You can watch for the dolphins that frequent the area. Pick your place on the beach you wish to be. We provide two complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella. These will be set in place for you by an attendant.
Enjoy the “beach road” this condo is on while you ride your bike or walk your pet.
Beach Retreat offers a club house for events. It is furnished with televisions, game tables, and a kitchen. An exercise room is available for guests. The 3,000 square foot pool is heated. Restrooms and a hot tub within the pool area.
You will also be within walking distance of several good restaurants, including Pompano Joe’s, Kenny D’s & Captain Dave’s! Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, the water park, and numerous other restaurants are a short distance by car.
Sleeping Arrangements: Three Bedrooms (sleeps eight)
The serene master bedroom was inspired by the fabulous view of the glistening white beach. It offers a panoramic ocean view with access to the balcony. It includes custom cabinets, granite, and a walk in closet. The master bathroom has a large garden tub, walk in glass shower and large double vanity accentuated with stone and glass tiling. The Swarovski crystal chandelier provides a glistening ambiance.
The guest bedroom offers a king size bed with a pillow top mattress. It has a wall mounted flat screen television. The adjoining bathroom is full size with tiled shower, custom cabinets, and granite countertop..
The beach inspired third bedroom is complete with a built in, full size bed with pillow top mattress. It has a wall mounted flat screen television and dressing table.
There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.
Unit is provided with black out drapes and pillow top mattresses for your sleeping comfort.
The only problem you’ll have is leaving!
